…No, really. Three days ago, I was thoughtlessly thinking, “Tomorrow, I’m going to go to Shirahae!” I was so enthusiastic, but this was quite a daunting task.
First, to meet the sage Kamikiri, one must head for Shirogane, a rural town in the [Misty Land of Shirahae]. And to reach Shirogane, we had to climb up [Mt. Murakumo], and at the foot of Mt. Murakumo, there is a [Jungle of Clamor], and before the Jungle of Clamor, we had to pass through the Sick Forest and cross the border.
The road to Kamikiri-sama was longer than expected.
Moreover, Sick Forest is the first barrier, and it is also a big obstacle for me. Compared to the first two areas, it was much more difficult.
There are many traps, such as pitfalls and holes, a field mechanism that causes poisoning after a specific time, and many monsters that take hostile actions.
The “Serenity Hill” and the “Tomb of the Ancient Kings” were full of monsters that wouldn’t attack unless provoked so I could get by even with a random order from a random NP party. When I went in with the same mindset this time, I was immediately sent home.
Today, I have finally stabilized my standing and can walk through the forest without danger, but I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone back to death before. Thanks to this, I have lost two overall levels in the past 3 days, even if you take into account the increased levels.
It was challenging work. I had to look up competent help members on the Internet, do helper gacha to form partnerships with them, and strengthen practice in the tomb field to improve party cohesion.
I’m getting the hang of expeditions now, though.
The order function’s general instructions are enough for easy areas, but when it gets difficult, one must think for oneself and utilize the character properly.
I was initially confused because it’s VR, and NPCs move freely and intricately, but at the root of the game, it is a typical command game. Once I recognized that, it was easy to get used to it.
Once again, the Internet is a strong source of information. Dirka-chan’s High Absorption requires some preparation, but it’s very competent.
By preparation, you need to have knowledge in advance to use the ability. High Absorption copies the power possessed by phantom beasts and plants, so if you don’t see the real thing and get information from the skills [Phantom Beasts Study] and [Phantom Plants Study], you won’t be able to use the skill just by administering the item.
Therefore, it is necessary to take her in advance and show her the relevant beasts and plants, which are also limited to wild ones.
The high cost of the items needed to use the skills is also a weakness.
But even with these negative aspects, she is an excellent helper.
After all, she is very versatile. As long as she learns her skills, she can be a vanguard, rearguard, healer, support, and anything in between.
And because she is a hunter type, she is also strong on her own against monsters.
The character design is also charming. She wears her chocolate brown hair in a bun at the top, a parka, and shorts as a lively girl. Her equipment is a huge knife and fork.
She has an honest and straightforward personality and goes well with Mikoto and Conner. Though she and Conner often fight, it’s like cats playing with each other.
She has the dexterity to adapt to any party, and her high status makes her a cute little girl!
When I bragged to my sister about my NP party group, she replied, “Typical brawny party lol.” That’s terrible.
Anyhow, I can finally say goodbye to Sick Forest now. I will get into Shirahae this time, though it will be a long way to get the skill [Craft].

[Narutick]
>> Efy
Thanks
I understand the favorability
In any case, I’m glad I’m getting Twilight
[Umizaru]
Should I use Oboroaki?
[Mercury]
I’d normally use it
New items, new monsters, new fields, etc
[Lemon Fig]
Well, it’s not like it’s a big deal if you don’t have it
There is no way not to acquire it since you can get it for free
[Momotarou]
When you look at the word ‘Twilight,” it’s written in kanji with katakana readings, so I wonder if it’s considered a high skill?
Sub-skill and job skill don’t have that kind of description
[Woona]
I can’t seem to find items with skills in the B shop
I knew Kimakura National Treasure was a lie(´-`)
[kazukunn]
I’ve been seeing B-san a lot in the Sick Forest lately
Maybe she’s concentrating on her expedition and doesn’t have time for production
[Saya Fukase]
Here it comes
And the next thing you know, she’s gone lol
[3745]
From the way they are acting suspiciously in the middle of nowhere, she’s probably still in the beginner’s field, and I’m keeping a watchful eye on her lol
[Tsubaki Hina]
I’m worried about the future with that death frequency in beginners…
[Alaska]
Did the beginner’s field mean the first three fields in each nation?
[Mercury]
Something like that doesn’t need Boutique pacts anymore, does it?
With that level of skill, she won’t even catch the attention of the hardcore players, and even if she doesn’t, she’ll die on her own
[3745]
It’s not so much about protecting them from the hardcore players as it is about protecting them from harm…
I mean, there’s nothing you can do if you die because of hardcore players, and there’s even less you can do if you die on your own
[Yuuhei]
>> Alaska
The first three fields in the first and unexplored state in your nation
After the third one is cleared, that’s when the real action starts
[Poiret]|
Ah~ yes yes, the pacts
I heard from Shadow that you guys are more serious about protecting her than I thought
Are the players gathered within a distance to escort her?
[Yoshino-san & Beppu]
I’m not aware of escorting at all
If I see her, I leave her alone
[Narutick]
That’s right
The Boutique Pact is not so much an alliance to protect Boutique as it is an alliance to let Boutiques go through with her activities
Keeping your distance so that you don’t accidentally attack is the gentleman’s way
[kazukunn]
I can’t seriously have Zoe sticking around
[Woona]
Oh, I see
I saw the same thing as >> Poiret and thought the same thing
[Nejiko+]
I saw it, too, but maybe it’s the opposite of what those guys are thinking
Instead of protecting Boutique-san, Boutique-san protects us
[송사리]
( °ω °)!
[universe202]
I see what you mean
You’re using it as a neutral zone
[Mosha]
I didn’t know that was possible!
[YTYT]
If you ask me, they’re all weak-looking, unremarkable players
What they do is collect materials and hunt inconspicuous monsters
[Umizaru]|
Is this a glimmer of hope for production mains and players who want peace?
[Peet]
I don’t know
If it’s scattered like it is now, there won’t be many people who can benefit from it
That being said, I don’t think she would like to be in a crowd
[Panfesta]
Whoa… Boutique in crisis as a result?
I’m going to kick those noobs off
[Mentaiko Mayonnaise]
I’m not bothering you!
I haven’t bothered anyone yet!
[Makoto-chan]
I’m not a bad suckerfish (•ө•)
[Madness]
You guys…
To let know, ch 80 next doesn’t work when clicked it says this doesn’t exist
error 404 page not found for ch 82 as well
Well, you can access it in novelupdates. Though it is quite hassle unless you really read the chapter when it is added in novelupdates rather than read it when you have sizable stock of chapters to binge
