・Nell’s POV
It’s the morning after Aka-chan was born!
The cat has gone home, but I’m not lonely!
Mom is in her room at the inn breastfeeding Aka-chan!
I’m at the neighborhood diner with Oji-chan and Oba-chan!
“Ahem. I’ve asked you all to gather here for something.
It’s about Nancy’s baby.”
Tolson Oji-chan said.
What’s wrong with Aka-chan?
“Nancy-san asked me do I have a good name for the baby.
She only prepared a boy’s name but not a girl’s name.”
“So, she doesn’t have a name picked out yet.”
“You want us to come up with a good name for her?”
“Yeah, that’s why I gather you all here.”
I see.
Aka-chan’s name.
“I’ll help, too!”
“Whoa, Nell-chan. I’m sorry, but I won’t give up.
I’ll name the baby the prettiest name I can think of.”
“I’m sure I could come up with a more flattering name.”
“I’ll join you.”
“Boy, be quiet! I’m the one who’s gonna name the baby.”
“I’m a girl….”
Nico is feeling down because she’s being treated like a boy.
If she wore prettier clothes, she would be treated like a girl, but she’s silly.
“Sorry to keep you waiting. You order three large pizzas.”
The Hero taught the cook how to make the strange bread called pizza.
It’s a strange bread with tomato sauce and cheese.
“Nom nom. Nancy, Nell… and Nora?”
“Elly is prettier.”
“Don’t just settle for safe names!
Why don’t we go big and call her Fran?
In honor of Flamberge Kingdom!”
“I think I like Pluto-chan.”
We came up with many names while eating pizza, but ultimately, we couldn’t make up our minds.
Mama said there was no rush and that we should take our time to think about it.
Next time Neko-san visits, maybe I should ask him if he has any great names suggestion.
Thank you!
